Creating Healthy Habits to Lose Weight

We hear about it more and more, lose weight with hypnosis. Unfortunately some people get misled when you mix the two together so let's look at how hypnosis lends itself to weight loss.

I'm sure there's not a person alive with at least half a brain that doesn't know it's necessary to eat healthy food portioned to satisfy appetite and to be physically active if you want to lose weight (release fat). It's no secret and it's not rocket science to figure out, so then, why is the majority of our population fat, overweight and unhealthy? Seems easy enough to do, right? Well, not really. The problem is to do this people use will power, conscious effort and if will power worked, we'd all be what we want to be but we're not. The problem is the behaviors and habits we have that cause problems are emotionally motivated. It's not what we do but why we do it.

The subconscious mind keeps us safe, it's a primary responsibility. In simple terms we avoid pain and seek pleasure. The emotions that have been developed for any number of reasons that are painful are avoided, suppressed and ignored while we seek pleasure in some form to feel better. The eating is also a distraction from the emotions that we avoid. It's not until these feelings and initiating events that caused the problem are dealt with and a reframe of what we believe is best for us (the unhealthy habits) is created in order to have healthy behaviors for personal success for weight loss. To do this we must work at the subconscious level and that's why hypnosis is so effective to do this.

Hypnosis is when we bypass the analytical, thinking conscious mind and access the subconscious so what's repressed or unknown consciously can be released and reframed. Once the why / the reasons for the behaviors that cause the problem of weight gain and unhealthy products being put into the body are changed then weight loss can be a more successful outcome. Hypnosis is the safe, natural and expedient way to get to the root of the issue and direct positive and healthy change as well as releasing those emotions that have been suppressed and avoided. Imagine it as a spring cleaning for the mind for a fresh start and better place to live, within yourself.

You can now see how hypnosis does not lose weight. Losing weight, releasing fat, is a physiological process while hypnosis is a process of working with the mind, thoughts and feelings. But if the first step is not taken the unhealthy behaviors will either not end or come back. Make the change once and for all to be a healthier and happier you with hypnosis.
